Iveta Kirilova

I've seen RevOps from both sides. In-house, I've migrated CRMs at 2am, cleaned up rotten pipeline, built forecast models that boards actually trust and explained the numbers to C-suites. At a specialist RevOps consultancy, I worked across many B2B SaaS and tech companies at the same time. That showed me how the same problems play out differently from company to company, and which solutions hold up.

I work with startups building their first commercial engine, scaleups optimizing what they have and PE firms that need operational rigour across their portfolio. Whether it's an audit, a project build or end-to-end program delivery, the approach is the same: get in, understand the real problems and build what actually works.

After 60+ engagements across Europe and the US, I know what separates companies that scale from companies that stall. It's rarely the tech stack. It's how the people, processes and data work together.

My path
  1. Since 2025 · Berlin
    Boutique fractional RevOps
Audits, builds and end-to-end program delivery, from founder-led startups with €0–1M ARR to PE portfolios, across SaaS, commerce and the German Mittelstand.
  2. 2024 – 2025 · In-house, US-based B2B SaaS
    RevOps Lead, the company's first
Built the RevOps function across Sales, CS, Account Management and Finance for the US and European markets: rebuilt the funnel and forecasting, designed post-sales operations and replaced the billing setup together with Finance.
  3. 2022 – 2024 · Specialist RevOps consultancy
    RevOps consulting across B2B SaaS
Around 50 B2B SaaS companies in two years, often several in parallel: GTM audits, CRM migrations, integrations, automation, KPIs and reporting.
  4. 2020 – 2022 · In-house, Europe
    Sales and customer service operations
Owned the tools and processes behind Sales and Customer Service as the business expanded from DACH to Spain, France and other European markets and the GTM team grew from 30 to 160+: CRM and dialler setup, a new B2C sales process, KPIs and reporting.
  5. 2017 – 2020 · In-house
    High-volume collections operations
Multilingual B2C operations across 24 markets, from handling a market myself to leading a team of 12 across two markets and implementing an outbound dialler.
  6. 2016 – 2017 · While studying
    IT support for enterprise customers
Software support for enterprise customers in the DACH region during the last year of my bachelor's degree: end users, Active Directory, Office 365 and migrations to new software.
